Back for more: our favourite never lets us down. First time sitting on the new table inside (gusty wind has caused crystal breakage earlier in the day, so Shirley is adamant, no sitting outside!)—the table beats the benches!

Crispy squid, Gado Gado and the most mouth-watering risotto ever – well, at least since the tomato risotto last time (Liam’s risotto – any flavour – is my “last supper” choice!). Two portions, as usual! Our French/Belgian gourmet visitor declared it “one of the best flavour combination experiences ever.”

New wine list is also out: dismayingly, no more Riesling for now . . . but delicious Scaramanga, our Chef’s Warehouse special find, is back in stock.
