- Deposit policy
- A deposit of between 10 and 25% is required to confirm your booking (depending on length-of-stay, up to one month)
- Deposits are non-refundable (special Covid exceptions apply until October 2021)
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 100% of full accommodation is payable
- The maximum number of guests permitted is 4 adults + up to 2 children
- Sorry: no pets allowed
- Smoking is only permitted in the outside patio areas of the cottage
- Breakage guarantee: a variable breakage guarantee (depending on length of stay) of minimum ZAR 5,000.00 will be placed as a “hold” on your credit card on the day of check-in to cover potential damage. This hold will be released within 24 hours of departure, provided no breakage or damage is recorded.
